How We Make It
Every batch goes through a rigorous composting process designed for consistency, safety, and maximum agronomic value.
Dairy Feedstock Collection
We start with manure and bedding from our own DG Farms dairy herd. Full traceability means we know exactly what goes into every batch.
Active Composting
Windrows are turned regularly to maintain optimal temperature (130–160°F) and aeration, killing pathogens and weed seeds.
Curing & Stabilization
After the active phase, compost cures for several weeks to stabilize carbon and nitrogen and complete biological maturation.
Screening & Quality Check
Final product is screened for consistency, then lab-tested to verify nutrient levels before any batch leaves the farm.
